RIP CONTROL
Is a monitoring system for the early detection of longitudinal slits in your conveyor belt. It uses inductive conductor loops embedded in the belt to reliably detect longitudinal slits in your conveyor belt at an early stage.

It monitors the danger points where the belt is loaded and unloaded and where the risk of longitudinal rips is greatest.

A belt rip mainly occurs as a longitudinal rip caused by foreign objects that get stuck in the conveyor belt or on the belt structure. For the most part, it is not only the damage to the conveyor belt that has to be taken into account, but also the production downtimes in order to carry out the repair.
