Such massive damage can result in serious damage and often requires a complete belt replacement. However, a steel cord tear not only guarantees the risk of a damaged conveyor belt, but also the production downtime costs incurred as a result of long downtimes in particular.

The mobile design allows you to install it on almost any conveyor system. CORD CONTROL mobile can be used for steel cord conveyor belts with a belt width of up to 2800 mm and a belt strength of up to ST 7500 and above.
