Coal Control is your specialist in the area of the detection of longitudinal rips in belt conveyors as well as automation technology of all kinds. The control systems which we produce ourselves are manufactured using the latest technologies for open pit and underground mining. Part of the control systems for firedamp protected areas is provided with an ATEX certification and thus fulfils the most current guidelines of the mining industry.
In 2003, Coal Control integrated a further product area in its portfolio: NILOS GmbH & Co. KG took over the FREMATIC product range and continued to produce it with the same quality standards. Here Coal Control can apply their know-how also in the foil and paper industry. Especially the pneumatic FREMATIC blown film diameter regulation type SK 8538 has enjoyed much popularity. This purely pneumatic model is a tried and tested, easy to handle control device for monitoring and stabilizing a blown film on extruders with internal cooling (IBC).
